According to CollegeForTN.org, the Dual Enrollment Grant program is for students who are attending an eligible high school and who are also enrolled in college courses at eligible postsecondary institutions for which they will receive college credit.
The Dual Enrollment Grant program provides opportunities for students to earn a semester of college credit free of tuition and fees, while still pursuing a high school diploma.
Funded by the Tennessee State lottery, the Tennessee Dual Enrollment Grant offers the following awards:
- First 5 courses are free with the TN Grant (for qualified Tennessee students)
- Courses 6-10 are discounted with the TN Grant
High school juniors and seniors, including eligible home schoolers, may apply.
