Biography
Dr. Tonia Hale assumed the Program Coordinator of the Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration position in August 2024. She has served as the CEO/CNO at Blue Ridge Regional Hospital for over 5 years. She has 37 years of experience as a pharmacy technician, registered nurse, and a healthcare executive leader.
Tonia enjoys spending time with her family. She has two children—Wesley and Taelor, and two grandchildren, Jaxon and Stella. Her favorite activities include kayaking and home projects.
Education
Her education background includes associate degree in general education and nursing, baccalaureate degree in nursing, master’s degree in organizational management, and doctor of nursing practice degree in executive leadership.
