State Authorization & Professional Licensure Programs

King University has been approved to participate in the National Council for State Authorization Reciprocity Agreements.

NC-SARA publishes and regularly updates a professional licensure directory which provides contact information for programs in Counseling, Nursing, Psychology, Social Work and Teacher Education.

King University provides this General Disclosure to students prior to enrollment or financial commitment.

The disclosures contained here are up to date as of June 2024 and lists the states where the University has determined through reasonable, good faith efforts that such programs either:

  • Do meet the applicable professional licensure education requirements;
  • Do not meet the applicable professional licensure education requirements; or
  • Have not been able to be determined if the program meets the applicable professional licensure education requirements.

Students should verify, before enrolling, whether the program meets licensure requirements in their location by contacting the relevant state licensure office or professional agency to confirm requirements. King University uses the address on the enrollment application as the student’s primary address. For further clarification please reach out to the Program Coordinator.

Please see the documents below to determine whether or not King University programs meet the requirements for professional licensure in your state or territory:
